SHOP WITH US

1. Send us an email at doodleandmoods@gmail.com with your name, contact number, mailing address and item code (including item colour). We will send you an order confirmation together with the payment instructions within 24 hours upon receipt of your email.

2. Make the payment to us within 2 working days (through bank transfer to our DBS account in Singapore or to our RHB account in Malaysia) and email us the confirmation page (i.e. the bank slip via ATM transfer or a print screen of your internet banking confirmation page). If you need more time, please let us know. Otherwise, we will release the item for sale.

3. Once we receive your payment confirmation, we will send your items via normal parcel. No postage fee is required – it’s our gift to you! You should receive your orders within 3-4 working days.

We undertake that all items are authentic, brand new and in good condition at the point of sale (at mailing out). We are unable to accept exchange of goods and will not be able to do a refund.

The actual colour of the items shown in the photograph may vary slightly and the displays alongside the items are solely for illustration purposes and thus, will NOT be included in the sale.
